Our position
Property Databank was founded in 2013 to answer a stubborn question: why should a property decision in Ghana rest on less evidence than one made anywhere else in the world?
We are a team of 32 practitioner-academics, chartered surveyors, land-administration specialists and technologists headquartered in Accra. We deliver integrated real estate solutions nationwide, supported by trusted partners and professionals on call across every region of Ghana.
Our work is benchmarked to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), and led by professionals fluent in Ghana's Land Act, customary tenure and the day-to-day workings of the Lands Commission.

Classical economics named three factors of production: land, labour and capital. Over time, land was quietly folded into capital and forgotten. Nowhere is the cost of that oversight clearer than in a fast-growing African economy.
