How are fees structured?+
Landlord leasing is percentage-of-rent on signed head-lease. Tenant representation is a fixed fee, a percentage of savings, or a share of the incentive package — client's choice at instruction.
Do you cover industrial and retail as well as office?+
Yes. Dedicated desks in industrial & logistics, high-street and shopping-centre retail, life-science, data centres and living. Cross-desk deals are common on mixed-use.
Can you handle multi-city occupier requirements in Ghana?+
Yes. Occupier accounts run through a single relationship director with local tenant-rep leads in every major Ghanaian market.
