We take complaints seriously. This procedure explains how to raise a concern, how quickly you can expect a response, and how to escalate if you are not satisfied.
Stage 1 — Talk to your PDB lead
Most issues are resolved fastest by contacting the surveyor, property manager, or engagement lead running your Instruction. Please put the concern in writing.
Stage 2 — Formal complaint
Write to complaints@pdbglobal.comor post to the Managing Director, Property Databank Ltd., 15 Mayor Road, West Ridge, Accra.
- Acknowledgement: within three (3) working days.
- Investigation: assigned to a senior partner not involved in the matter.
- Written response: within twenty (20) working days.
Stage 3 — Independent review
If you remain dissatisfied you may refer the matter to:
- The Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) — professional-conduct matters.
- RICS Regulation — where the responsible practitioner is RICS-regulated.
- The Data Protection Commission of Ghana — data-protection matters.
- The Financial Ombudsman or the Courts of Ghana — contractual matters.
Whistleblowing
Suspected fraud, bribery, or breach of law by any member of PDB staff should be reported — anonymously if preferred — to whistleblowing@pdbglobal.com. Retaliation against a person raising a concern in good faith is grounds for dismissal.
