Property Databank is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continually improve our website and client platform.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML and accessible ARIA on interactive components
• Keyboard operability across all navigation and forms
• Sufficient colour contrast for text and UI elements
• Descriptive alt text for meaningful images
• Responsive layouts that reflow to 320px width
• Third-party audits at least once per year

Known limitations

Some legacy PDF reports predating 2023 may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Alternate formats are available on request.
