Our organisation
PDB is a Ghanaian professional services firm delivering valuation, agency, property management, facilities management, land administration, research, and advisory services. Our supply chain includes technology vendors, sub-contracted trades for facilities work, printers, and travel providers.

Due diligence
Facilities-management sub-contractors and cleaning vendors are screened for labour practices before onboarding, and re-screened annually. Suspected violations are grounds for immediate termination.
Training
Managers responsible for engaging suppliers complete annual awareness training on modern slavery indicators and reporting channels.
