PDB appointed sole valuers to Ecobank's GHS 2bn mortgage book

Property Databank has been appointed sole panel valuers to Ecobank Ghana's mortgage book, a mandate covering more than GHS 2 billion of residential security across the country.

The three-year agreement extends a relationship that began in 2019 and reflects the bank's confidence in PDB's RICS-compliant valuation methodology and nationwide coverage.
