Property Databank today released its Ghana Market Report 2026, the firm's annual flagship analysis of commercial and residential real estate.

The report tracks prime and secondary markets across Accra, Tema and Kumasi, covering offices, retail, industrial, residential and land.

Key findings include sustained prime office vacancy below 12%, continued growth in industrial take-up at the Tema Freeport, and accelerating demand for Grade-A residential in East Legon and Airport Residential.
