Before you instruct.
Are you chartered?+
Yes — reports are signed off by MRICS-qualified quantity surveyors under RICS professional standards.
Which measurement rules do you use?+
NRM1 for order-of-magnitude and elemental cost plans; NRM2 for BoQ production. POMI or CESMM used where the contract or funder requires it.
Do you work under NEC, JCT and FIDIC?+
All three. Interim valuations, CE / EW registers, Compensation Events and AI / VI change control are administered natively on the platform.
Can we instruct a single service?+
Yes. Cost plan, BoQ, interim valuations or final account can be instructed individually or as a full mandate from Stage 0 to defects sign-off.
How fast is turnaround?+
Standard SLA is 5 working days for cost plans and 10 working days for measured BoQs on schemes under 5,000 sqm. Interim valuations are on a fixed monthly cycle.
